Want to experience the ACTION at the Winter Festival of Speed? Here are your options:
🏁 Solo Ice Slalom – Just you against the clock! $20/day gets you 2-3 laps or $50/day gets you 2-3 laps and in the Sunday Competition!
🏁 Street Safe – This is door-to-door racing with your vehicle! Lap belt, helmet & rear facing roof light required. $200 for the weekend. (Note: there are some registration requirements as well)
🏁 Race Car Ride Alongs! Yes, it is your chance to strap in for CHARITY! This is your chance to ride in a race car. $50 gets you 3 laps (safety gear included). $25 goes to the car owner and $25 to local charities.
🏁 Introduction to snowmobile rider training. If you have always wanted to ride a sled, this is the perfect opportunity for all ages. Learn how to operate on a closed course and all about safety as well. Kids and adult size snowmobiles available.
🏁 Snowball Race on Sunday. Bring your vintage sled for the trail ride, enter it in the Vintage Sled Display and Show’n’Shine and stay for the RACE! No entry fee…all you need is your vintage sled and 2 riders with helmets. This is FUN and unique race for not only participants but spectators will have a hoot! 😁
Registration is required for the Solo Ice Slalom, Ride Alongs & Street Safe. Register Saturday 8am-12pm at the registration trailer on the lake. Questions on the car racing contact Ken at 780-404-3183.
The Vintage Trail ride requires registration, which is on Sunday from 9am-10am.
