The Lac La Biche region is home to many landmarks, some more well-known than others. In Lac La Biche there are a few that come to mind; the water tower that is over 50 years old, the main ball diamond which is over 100 years old and the David Thompson statue on Churchill Drive.
In other areas of the Lac La Biche region, there are buildings or structures some may recognize instantly. Do you recognize this bridge? It is in Barnegat. Not sure where that is? Locals call the area “Big Bay” and it is on the south-east tip of Lac La Biche Lake, just off highway 881.
