Each season has their own beauty. Spring has the first greens of the year and the return of the birds. Summer the flowers and sunsets on the lake. Fall is the changing of the leaves and sunsets on the lake. And, winter the snow covered trees and amazing skies. (I could add sunsets on the lake to all of these 😃)

Popcorn! It is International Popcorn Day today!! Here are some interesting facts on popcorn for you:
- Did you know it is over 5,000 years old!
- The first commercial popcorn machine was invented in 1885 and microwaveable popcorn invented in 1982 (not that long ago).
- Popcorn can reach up to 3ft in distance when it is popping.
- It as often eaten as cereal with milk and sugar in the 1800’s.
- Some of the most popular popcorn flavours are butter (of course), cheddar, caramel, kettle corn and cinnamon sugar. YUM!
