Groomed Trails are supported in partnership with Alberta Parks at:
- Sir Winston Churchill Provincial Park has approx. 8km of classic groomed trails in a loop around the island.
- Beaver Lake Provincial Recreation Area - Group Use Area has approx. 5km of classic groomed trails and is located 6km southeast of Lac La Biche off Hwy36.
- Shaw Lake Day Use Area, Lakeland Provincial Park has approx. 26km of groomed trails and is located 25km northeast of Lac La Biche off Hwy 881. Novice to advance. All classic groomed with some groomed for skate. The day use area has a cabin with wood stove to warm up!

Bunny/JackRabbit Programming: For ages 4-12years. The focus is on FUNdamentals! Youth Lesson Fees: $22 + $10. Youth Ski Rental: $55/season. Programming is planned to begin on snow Sundays, December 8, 2024 to March 16, 2025.
Membership Fees: $22/yr. Support the Lac La Biche Nordic Ski Club. All are welcome to become Club members.

Ski Loan Program
Registered Bunny/JackRabbit: participants can use the club ski equipment on a first-come, first-serve basis for the season for a fee.
Community Use: The Club ski equipment (boots, skis, & pole) is available through our Ski Loan Program for weekend use by anyone interested in skiing some beautiful trails in the area. The cost of a for using the ski equipment is a donation to the club, with a suggestion of $25 per person - for a weekend rental (Thursday to Sunday).

Everyone is welcome to come out to Shaw Lake. Club members will be happy to give any tips/info on the area.
Coffee Time Skis
Monday afternoons 2pm - January 6, 2024 to February 24, 2025
Come for an afternoon ski and hot drink! This is an opportunity to get together with others interested in cross country skiing. We will have support for those who just want to try skiing and learn the basics. Ski equipment can be booked through our Ski Loan program.
