Community Learning inspires cooperation, collaboration and partnerships in the community, to best serve all people in a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment.

Our Programs: 

- Adult Learning; reading, writing, document use, numeracy, computer use, thinking and oral communiication.

- Courses English as a Second Language, Conversational French, Spanish and Ukrainian, Perparation for Written Driver's Test, Basic Computers, GED Prep.

- Community Literacy Program

 - We have a community bookshelf open to the public. Books of many genres have been donated.  Borrow a book, take a book and donate books for others. 

- Social Support Services

- Our supportive staff and volunteers work with vulnerable individuals that have economic and/or social barriers hindering their success in society.  Our aim is to help individuals learn the skills they need to help themselves.  

- Drop in access to technology (access computers and internet, send faxes, print documents and use the telephone). 

- Form completion (Employment Insurance, obtaining Identification documents, AISH or Social Assistance application, preparation of Income Tax). 

- Food Literacy Services

- Stone Soup Food Centre at the Community Learning Hub is accessible to anyone needing food.
