How about Peanut Butter! 🥜 It was patented on May 24, 1898 by John Harvey Kellogg. The patent covered a process for making nut-based food products.

But here’s the twist — back in 1884, a Canadian had already patented “peanut paste.” So… peanut butter or peanut paste? Hmm… 🤔
